About the Barn

The barn offers a spacious living / dining-roomwith an inglenook fire place, sandstone floor, cloakroom with wash basin and WC. A large French style door leads to the large parking area and lawns.
  
     
  There is a spacious farmhouse-style kitchen with traditional brick floor and stable door to the garden. There is a study area with sofa, TV and Video, a utility room with large butler sink.

  Also on the ground floor are two twin-bedded rooms, with shared en-suite shower room/W.C.
     
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, one ensuite, a twin-bedded room and bathroom/WC with over-bath shower.

All upstairs rooms have a wealth of old oak beams.		  
     


There is full oil central heating (underfloor in living room). An open fire - including initial fuel, thereafter available locally. Two TVs, video (small library of films), DVD player, radio/cassette/CD, automatic washing machine/tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, travel cot and high chair. We now also have a Hot Tub. Large garden with patio and furniture, barbecue, badminton net and racquets, boules, child's snooker table, dart board and trampoline. There is also secure cycle storage. Included are duvets with linen and towels. Non-smokers only. Friday to Friday.
